Your agreement
Scriptageddon is provided by Hazard Talent Management (the seller). By creating an account, purchasing or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms and contract with Hazard Talent Management. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement, or the required authorization from your parent, guardian or organization.
Accounts and application access
Keep your account information accurate and your credentials private. A purchase, active subscription or separately awarded tester license provides access under the applicable offer. Use the same account across your devices; ordinary licenses cover up to seven registered devices. Downloading an application or making a free reservation does not itself grant a paid license. Access is for your own use and is not transferable or available for resale.
Payments, subscriptions and reservations
Hazard Talent Management sells Scriptageddon. Checkout, payment processing, sales tax and receipts are handled securely by Stripe; your bank statement may show the charge from Link (Stripe's payment service). Card details go to Stripe and are never stored by Scriptageddon. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues to the end of the paid period. Purchasing a one-time license cancels an existing monthly plan at period end. Full refunds revoke the corresponding purchase access. Prelaunch reservations are free and no payment is taken before launch; any later purchase requires checkout.
Your writing and intellectual property
You retain ownership of your scripts and other original writing. You grant Hazard Talent Management only the permission needed to store, synchronize and process content to provide requested features, including collaboration and coaching. You must have rights to uploaded material and shared content. Hazard Talent Management retains ownership of the software, documentation and branding. Do not resell the software, circumvent access or device limits, infringe intellectual property, or reverse-engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, infringement, harassment, malicious deepfakes or hateful abuse. Do not distribute malware, probe or interfere with security, scrape without authorization, bypass safeguards or attempt to extract private data. Ordinary lawful fictional storytelling is not prohibited merely because it portrays difficult subjects.
Don Chuy and AI guidance
Don Chuy provides educational craft feedback, not guaranteed professional advice or ghostwriting. You are responsible for your prompts, the rights to your inputs, checking the accuracy of feedback and how you use it. Feedback may be inaccurate and does not guarantee a sale, production deal or industry outcome. Your original inputs remain yours; output rights are subject to applicable law and third-party rights, and exclusivity is not guaranteed. Do not request illegal outputs, malware, harmful impersonation or attempts to bypass AI safeguards. We may refuse or filter requests, restrict violating content or suspend accounts where necessary to enforce these terms. Rights holders may report infringement through Scriptageddon.com with identification of the work and disputed material; repeated or serious infringement can lead to termination.
Availability and backups
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Internet is required for online features such as AI coaching, calls, payment verification and synchronization. Keep exported backup copies of important work. Features and availability may change; mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. We will give notice where reasonably possible, except when immediate action is necessary for safety or legal compliance. These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable consumer law.
